Payment Term

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfers (T/T) to our official business account. For select qualified buyers, irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) are also accepted.
Advance Requirement: A 30% advance payment is required to begin processing. The remaining 70% must be settled before the release of shipping documents.
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
No Credit Terms: All orders are prepaid. We do not offer credit or payment-on-arrival terms.
Bank Fees: All bank charges must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Term

Shipping Method: We exclusively ship via ocean freight using 20-foot and 40-foot containers, depending on the material type and order volume.

Port Locations: We ship from major U.S. ports including:
Port of New York
Port of Houston
Port of Los Angeles
Additional ports available upon request based on availability and destination
Incoterms Supported: We ship under standard terms such as FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
Processing Time: Average lead time is 7–14 business days after receipt of advance payment or confirmed L/C.

Certificate of Origin (if required)
ISRI Codes and Material Details
Inspection: Third-party pre-shipment inspections can be arranged upon request, at the buyer’s expense.
Customs Clearance: All import duties, taxes, and destination customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.
